Will we meet to discuss requirements?
I feel it is important to meet the client face-to-face in order to build trust from the outset and establish a clear understanding of your requirements and build a strong working relationship.
How will we work together?
You can send me the work you need completing in whichever format is the most convenient for your business, whether it's email, fax or post. Once I have completed your work to your desired timescale I will return it to you via your preferred route. Where it is not possible for me to personally deliver, work will be sent by a traceable source.
So you collect/deliver?
As I am based less than 10 minutes from the centre of Manchester, I am happy to collect and/or deliver within a 10 mile radius.
Do we need to supply any equipment or stationery?
My office is equipped with modern technology and so no further equipment is necessary, however, should you need me to print documents on your own headed stationery, then you would need to supply this.
We have an urgent deadline to meet?
I endeavour, never to undertake any work which I cannot guarantee to be completed within your given timescales.
What if our deadline involved working late or at the weekend?
Any work completed out of normal working hours will incur additional pre-arranged fees.
