Clinical PA – Duties involved dealing with verbal and written complaints; logging adverse occurrences; HR - updating holiday and sickness records, arranging reviews, issuing contracts; copy/audio typing; diary management for Registered Clinical Manager; arranging Medical Advisory Council meetings; Established contracts with Shred It Recycling and Floorbrite Office Cleaning Management.

PA to Regional Director – Managed the Northern region office for a large building contractors. I dealt with diary management; organising meetings and corporate hospitality; preparing Pre-Qualification/ Capability/Tender documents, maintained client database system; produced financial reports; managed Reception – recruit, supervise and train Receptionist; Liaise with building management regarding office maintenance; maintaining Health & Safety and general management in the office.

Receptionist/Trainee Accountant – Quick progression saw me rise from answering and logging all incoming calls, general reception duties, recording BACS payments and cheques and copy/audio typing letters and Fee Notes to training as an Accountant.

From leaving school I spent several years working my way up the career ladder, from Receptionist through to Administrator/Senior Secretary. At the same time I completed various courses as backup to my experience.
